Synopsis
Navendru (Balraj Sahni) treats his stepbrothers Birju (Prem Chopra) and Satyan (Rajesh Khanna) as his own. He takes a huge loan to send Birju abroad for further studies and gets him married to the rich Neela (Bindu). But things turn ugly when Birju walks out with his wife and Navendru is left to pay back the loan. The rest of the family lose their home but the now rich Birju refuses to help.
