Synopsis
Calcutta based Amit Roy is married to Rekha who aspires to be an actress. However it is only after the marriage that Amit finds out that he is not the ideal man for Rekha, and both make compromises and continue living with each other. Soon, a son, Sumit is born and it appears that Rekha is now destined to live the life of a middle-class housewife, far away from her desire to be an actress.Then Ronjit Malik enters their lives, Rekha's desire to make it as an actress is rekindled.
