Joep (18), Anouska (23) en Ciska (21) gaan op een begeleide jongerenreis naar het zonnige feestoord Blanes. Ze hebben een licht verstandelijke beperking en vinden het spannend voor het eerst zonder ouders op vakantie te gaan. Maar eenmaal in Spanje aangekomen ervaren ze een vrijheid die ze thuis niet hebben. Zo probeert Joep voor het eerst van zijn leven een shotje en daagt Ciska zichzelf uit losser te worden. De jongeren zwemmen, zonnen en dansen. De ontspannen en intieme sfeer maakt nieuwe gevoelens los die ze openlijk met elkaar delen.
