Synopsis
Appealing drama set in a small Californian town. Among those trying to relieve the boredom are rebel Brendan Sexton and Christina Ricci, who gets her kicks blowing up canoes. When a truck delivering a secret fizzy drink ingredient crashes, the FBI quarantines the town for investigation, setting the scene for drama and romance.
