Synopsis

Futuristic adventure about a cryogenically frozen cop who is thawed out when a psychopathic criminal escapes. Violence has been outlawed in the politically correct regime of 2032 and the only weapons in existence are consigned to a museum. When the escaped psychopath heads straight for the museum, the authorities decide that only the undesirable but effectively violent cop can stop him, Frozen in 1996, Phoenix a convicted killer is 'thawed' put for parole well into the 21st century. Revived into a crime free society, Phoenix resumes his murderous rampage, and no one can stop him. Spartan, the cop who captured Phoenix in 1996 has also been cryogenically frozen, this time for a crime he didn't commit. In desperation they turn to Spartan to help recapture Phoenix.
