Synopsis
Simon, a boy with incredible psychic powers, loses someone very important to him. He then vows to use his powers to find a notorious serial killer on the prowl. However, the government catches wind of his abilities and considers him a threat to national security. He now finds himself in even more danger having to flee from the government as he tries to find the killer.
