Synopsis
John Harmon (Steven Seagal), an operative working for both the CIA and DEA, investigates a terrorist plot to smuggle weapons into the United States via drug trafficking. With the help of an FBI agent (Jemma Dallender) and a drone pilot (Russell Wong), Harmon must destroy the alliance between a terrorist cell and a drug cartel. Written and directed by Keoni Waxman.
