Synopsis
Writer-director Alison McAlpine meditative documentary dwells on the "crazy beauty" of the night sky as witnessed from Chile's Atacama Desert. She enlists astronomers, desert denizens, and fishermen to share their experiences of awe and wonder at the sight of far-flung galaxies, effectively bridging the gap between scientific inquiry and spiritual existentialism.
