Synopsis
Two look-alike underworld goons Charlie and Charles who go by the name of Caribbean brothers create ripples in the Kerala government. They are on a mission to rescue a dreaded terrorist. The presence of a look-alike minister in the government in many ways works to their advantage. Finally, does the terrorist walk free?.
