Synopsis
Bennie Gaza (Michael Imperioli) runs the Cabaret Maxime, a red-light district nightclub that specializes in musical acts, striptease, and burlesque numbers. As their neighborhood slowly turns conservative, the business is threatened and Bennie struggles to keep it running. As tensions escalate, he is violently threatened when he refuses to give up the establishment. He, however, remains steadfast in protecting his club, even if that means standing up against powerful forces. Directed by Bruno de Almeida.
