On the streets of New York, a supernatural war has been waged between rival gangs of affluent vampires and ghetto-dwelling werewolves, and no place is safe from the most powerful and brutal beasts on the planet. The Bloodz are bloodsuckers who dominate the downtown area by exercising absolute authority over the financial institutions, real estate developers, and, of course, blood banks. Though the Bloodz may hold power over the most affluent areas of the city, it's the shape-shifting Wolvez who reign supreme in the dilapidated downtown slums. Their longstanding truce is shattered, however, when greed takes hold and a dark fury thrusts the entire city into chaos.
