Synopsis
Steven Seagal, DMX and Johnny Messner star in this action-packed thriller about one man's battle to avenge his son's murder. Frank Wilson, having abandoned his violent past as a renegade cop, now lives a secluded life as a fisherman. But when he learns of the execution-style killing of his son, he ventures back into the dark city streets he once knew so well.
