Synopsis
In 1975, Italian Leila Lombardi made history at the Spanish Grand Prix when she became the first woman to score points in Formula One. Beyond Driven is a documentary that revolves around her life, and what it was like for her to be the first female racer to reach the sport's pinnacle. The film also interweaves the stories of today's top female racers as they continue their journey towards their own Formula One grid spot. Written and directed by Riyaana Hartley and Vincent Tran.
