Egy Baranya-megyei szegény és elfeledett magyar zsákfaluban él 126 lakos, melyből 102 (beleértve a polgármestert) roma, és 98%-uk munkanélküli. De ez sem tántorítja el a polgármestert álmától, hogy olyan európai polgárokat neveljen a falu lakosaiból, akik havi fix fizetésért dolgoznak, és akik a dolgos nap végén sportolni mennek.
