Öztürk ve Fatoş nişanlıdır. Ancak bu ilişkinin ardında Fatoş’un bilmediği hesaplar vardır. Öztürk, genç kızla evlenip bu sayede ona amcasından kalacak mirasa sahip olma plânları yapmaktadır. Yaşlı adam yeğenini dolandırıcı damat adayından kurtarmak için bir plân kurar. Vasiyetname açıklandığında nişanlıları büyük bir sürpriz beklemektedir. Fatoş ancak başka biriyle en az üç sene sürecek bir evlilik yaparsa mirası almaya hak kazanacaktır. Öztürk’ün karşı hamlesi gecikmez.
