Synopsis
A leprechaun steals the farmer's potato crop. After breaking the cop's toe, the town is left lawless and Otis is sworn in as Sheriff. First order of business; deputize all his friends!, The animals wake to discover that a leprechaun has stolen the farmer's entire potato crop. Otis and his friends become cops after another cop gets injured.
