Elöljáróban le kell szögezni, hogy a rendőrök élete nem fenékig tejfel. Különösen nem abban a városban, ahol maga a nagy Zéró ütötte fel a tanyáját. Ő a bűnözők koronázatlan királya, akit már réges-rég rács mögött szeretne látni a Kapitány. Zéró az évszázad bulijára készül, amelynek célpontja a Kerek Erdő és annak lakói.
