Synopsis
Walter Armbruster has just discovered his father has died in a car crash on the Isle of Ishchia. Devastated the corporate executive quickly jumps on a plane. Once on there, he learns that Pamela Piggott, a young British girl's mother, who was her father's mistress, has also died in the crash. They both discover that because of bureaucratic rules, neither of the bodies can be released for a few days. When the time comes for the bodies to be released, Walter and Pamela discover that the bodies have been stolen from the morgue and being held hostage by Italian vintners until the damages caused to their vineyard are paid. After paying up, Walter returns to the hotel and reluctantly joins Pamela for a night of skinny-dipping. When the porter discovers them he attempts to blackmail the naked couple and is shot by his pregnant and very angry girlfriend. Carlucci, the Hotel manager is forced to put Walter and Pamela in the same room, while the murder investigation gets underway.
