Synopsis
Mt. Baekdu erupts violently and causes a devastating earthquake in both North and South Korea. To prevent subsequent eruptions as predicted by a study of Professor Kang Bong-rae, Capt. Jo In-chang and his team are sent on a dangerous mission to extract a piece of uranium from a North Korean missile then detonate it beneath the raging volcano.
