Synopsis
Nick Nolte and Eddie Murphy return as cop-and-convict crime-busting partners Jack Cates and Reggie Hammond in this thriller sequel set on the streets of San Francisco. Suspended from duty for the use of unnecessary force in his pursuit of drug kingpin Iceman, Cates is given 48 hours to come up with some evidence or face a jail term.
