Synopsis
This film tells the incredibly-dated story of a streetwalker's attempts to touch bases with her taciturn sailor father. Dad prattles on in a far-from-convincing Swedish accent, while Greta Garbo falls in love with seaman Charles Bickford, nearly losing him when she reveals her shady past.
