Synopsis
The film is based on a true story. After being shot down during a World War II sortie, three US military men are forced to leave behind their torpedo bomber in the South Pacific ocean. They are atop a tiny life raft, with no food or fresh water, surrounded by the sea on all sides. More than a thousand miles separates them from safety; thunderstorms, sharks and the deep sea await their doom.
