Synopsis
His beloved wife gunned down in a gangland shooting gone awry, devastated Joe Montoya launches his own personal investigation into the killing, and learns that he isn't the only one the law has failed. Later, when the local gangsters begin to go missing, Joe's unquenchable thirst for vengeance leaves the local police scrambling to stop the escalating cycle violence from spiraling out of control.
