Synopsis
This documentary recounts the harrowing ordeal of Sarah Shourd, Shane Bauer, and Joshua Fattal, three U.S. tourists who were taken hostage by Iranian forces while on a hiking trip. The film takes an inside look at their capture and two-year imprisonment via interviews with the trio and their families, reenactments, and news coverage. Written and directed by Natalie Avital.
