Synopsis
Director Lotfy Nathan's documentary 12 O'Clock Boys follows Pug, a young teen living in an economically disadvantaged section of Baltimore. His only goal is to join a local gang of dirt-bike riders, a group that gives this film its name. By associating himself with this occasionally criminal organization, he finds security and a sense of belonging that's missing from his life, but he also finds himself risking the possibility of running afoul of the law.
